We have had several sales experiences with West Herr Nissan and each has been very positive and smooth. Dan Fabrizio is an excellent sales executive, is customer focused and helpful. There is never any aggressive pushing, just answers questions, is always prepared and makes the experience smooth and prompt.
Had a 9 am appointment, waited 2 weeks to have a drop appointment. Never got a call that they looked at it until 1pm. Car was ready by 2:30. So obviously it wasnt a big job. I had called the extended warranty company told them the issue and said it would be covered. Only to find out the dealer said it wasn’t ,and had a bill of $478. I will never buy another extended warranty from any dealer. They always seem to find some way to not to cover anything, even with the best policy.
All staff members are friendly, courteous, considerate of customers time and wallet. I look forward to the comfortable waiting room to catchup on mail, accounts and files.

Best experience. The other lady before was horrible-this was good. The other lady would not even let me book the appointment saying they could not help us and the warranty I had was no good. I almost went somewhere else and dealt with the leak in my sun roof for months until someone else answered the phone and was pleasant and set up the appointment. Service fixed everything in one day. Minimum service times available to wait with vechile. Booking service far in advance before service is needed to secure service option to WAIT with vehicle. Excessive wait RECIEVING service with an appointment. My most recent service for a oil change and tire rotation took TWO hours. When checking in the vechicle I asked for a estimate of time and price. The Customer Service rep said I wasn't scheduled to wait with vehicle. Which happened before, so the last couple of visits I always make sure I have screenshots of my confirmed appointment details. Please do me a favor don’t go to Nissan of Williamsville. The used car manager He overcharged me for the vehicle. I have buy multiple cars from them and they overcharged me .ever since used car manager Ron left this new used car manager he seems like he doesn’t care.. Went to get my oil changed and I told them about a nail stuck in the rear tire on the driver’s side. Could not patch it because they only have the new patch. Told me it would cost over 200.00 for a new tire. Don’t have the money to pay over 200.00 for one tire.

It was not a good experience by any means, from not finding out my final price to the financing issues, to missing paperwork to be signed days later, to finding out that they had a 2nd key but then they didn't so I have to go get a key made. So many more issues just don't feel like typing it all out but it was not a good experience. I have bought 2 vehicles from this dealer and this will probably be my last.

Walked in without an appointment because I had a nail in my tire and my pressure was extremely low. Dave was able to fit me in and less than an hour later I left with a brand new tire and a smile.
Visited the dealer for a recall inspection on the hood latch and full synthetic oil change. Work was on time and fast. My wait time was short
I needed replacement, 3 of 4 wheel bearing’s. They were making noise & was told by mechanic all are bad. I had the 1st wheel bearing replaced in 2021.
The original cost quoted by a different service writer was about $1500. I couldn’t afford but needed new “OEM” parts installed by Nissan Tech.
I asked to speak to Dave, end result Dave suggested I apply for a loan through Sunbit, which I did & was approved within minutes.
Dave called me today (11-09-22) to tell me mechanic replaced all three wheel bearings, ready to pick up.
